Tad and Spence

Been trying to design this guy for weeks and he's still a bit of a work in progress. He's mainly for but I also made him just for fun _{(and human practice)} c:

Tad is 15 years old.
He's been traveling Johto and Kanto for a about a year.
He'd rather chill with his pokemon and study wild ones than battle.
Has recently been forced into battling by his own pokemon because they're sick of doing nothing.
His dunsparce Spence was his first pokemon and the two are inseparable.
Spence is more of a man than Tad.
Tad knows a lot about pokemon behavior and strengths and weaknesses.
